Wild-er-ness

Inspired by the lushness of the North Yorkshire Moors, Wild-er-ness explores the sensory experience of time, place, and belonging. Set in Northern England, two travelling women of unknown origin meet, intersect, and dissipate through misty landscapes and treacherous trails. The aesthetically serene screendance conjures feelings of nostalgia, adventure, and kinship.

WECreate Productions is the transcontinental company of screendance artists Ana Baer (MX/US) and Heike Salzer (GER/UK). Committed to exploring the possibilities of digital technology in service of collaborative art creation, they produce site-specific interdisciplinary works inspired by their shared fascination of extreme landscapes, place and narratives of sites.
