Invisible Barriers

Through dance, in a shamanic ritual with ayahuasca, a woman reaches out to herself to free herself from an abusive relationship.

Pryka Almeida lives in SÃo Paulo, Brazil, has 14 years of experience in cinema, and worked in several feature films, shorts and advertisements as a Producer/ Assistant Director. In 2018 she wrote and directed her first short film “2017”, which was screened in several festivals in and outside of Brazil. After this, she won a prize for shooting her second short film “Invisible Barriers” and has been writing her first feature film script “6 songs”, among other videos.
